The journey starts here with our professional and experienced Design Consultants who will help you select the home design that is right for you and your family. Allow our Consultants to guide you through the many features and options you will have available to include in your new home. They will help you finalise the inclusions you want and arrange the preparation of a lump sum tender price.
On acceptance of your Tender our staff will prepare construction drawings. Once the construction drawings and building agreement are ready for your acceptance, they are presented to you for signature prior to lodgement with council or private certifier.
A house only truly becomes a home when you make it your own by adding your own character and style. This can be a daunting task unless you have a home design Champion.
We call it the Style Studio – a design destination created solely for our customers.
Upon finalisation of your construction drawings and building agreement the Champion colour consultant will be in contact to arrange a meeting to help you choose the exterior and interior finishes that will work best for your new home.
The Champion Homes pre-construction staff will arrange for the preparation of reports as documented in your tender and supporting documents that are required to accompany the construction drawings when they are submitted to council or certifier for approval.
Our pre-construction staff will notify you of the development approval and receipt of the construction certificate from the consent authorities.
On receipt of all necessary approvals the pre-construction staff will forward the approved construction drawings and supporting documentation to the Champion construction team.
The construction of your new home begins. You will be assigned your construction supervisor who will be responsible for your build and you will be given the opportunity to meet with him on site at various stages throughout the build.
Final Inspection – You will be given the opportunity for a personal inspection of your new home with your building supervisor who will guide you through the final inspection.
Keys to your Home – You will be presented with the keys to your new home by our client services staff together with all warranty documentation.
