Every builder has a different understanding of what’s ‘standard’ in their home inclusions list. Our building inclusions are a long way from the minimum because instead of following the lead of others, we’ve really thought about what home owners need, want and expect in a new home.

We’ve put this all together into our ‘Not So Standard’ inclusions lists. Below is just a short preview of our extensive list of items which many builders only offer extra’s or upgrades such as air-conditioning and driveway.

• Fully ducted reverse cycle air conditioning or split system air conditioning (design or range specific)
• Concrete driveway to garage (up to 55m2)
• Quality floor tiles to entry, kitchen and meals area from Champion Homes Select Range
• Quality carpet to balance of house from Champion Homes Select Range
• Tiles to porch
• Tiles to outdoor living area (design specific)
